Cancel an order

Pre-launch implementation. The online withdrawal function is being wired before paid checkout goes live. The final version will let a customer identify the order, submit the withdrawal online, and immediately receive durable confirmation with date and time.

This disabled staging page is not presented as a completed legal withdrawal function. It is included so the required backend and confirmation flow can be connected before launch.
